Located less than a kilometre from a cycle path linking the Vélodyssée, La Maïade campsite is easily accessible by bike.
You have the possibility to book in our campsite, in high or low season, for a single night or more, depending on your needs.
Cyclists can stay in Mimizan, by the night, on a pitch or in one of our ecolodges, a small hut equipped with real beds, a solar-powered charging point, and garden furniture.
Several possibilities for having your meals:
- The snack bar is open every evening. You will find fast food options (homemade pizzas, chicken chips, paninis, etc.), as well as a drinks menu, ice cream, etc.
- An outdoor picnic area, as well as an equipped and sheltered room allow you to have your meals, whatever the weather.
In high season, the La Maïade campsite offers shared pitches for cyclists. They are very popular in the summer, so it is advisable to book in advance as soon as you know your route!

Bike rental in Mimizan

From mid-June to mid-September, we offer a fleet of bicycles to rent directly at the campsite, during the opening hours of the Reception, by reservation or on the day (subject to availability).
